1)　Do not disclose any information to valve buyers about what and where to buy in China

2)　Do not disclose to any valve manufacturer any information concerning other manufacturer's
      technique, know how, business situation etc.

3)　Do not disclose information to any party concerning her Principals, including their names,
      their businesses and their business partners

4)　All Fengjie employees are responsible for reporting any corrupt offer made to them by
      any manufacturers, valve buyers and competitors. Failure to comply with this principle will
      result in immediate dismissal of the employee

5)　No Fengjie employee will, directly or through intermediaries, acquire interest in a supplier,
      customeror competitor of Fengjie. Failure to comply with this principle will result in immediate
      dismissal of the employee

6)　Conflicts of interests or appearance of conflicts of interests in business transactions should
      be avoided at all time

7)　Fengjie's employees will not disclose confidential information of any kind – including lists of
      Fengjie's customers, details about specific transactions or any computer data or programs
      - to any third parties

8)　Fengjie's employees may not inform Principals concerning any development or happenings
      at manufacturers premises that is unrelated to the Fengjie's service to the Principals

9)　Work must be carried out according to related international standards and the specific
      instructions of Fengjie's customers

10) Fengjie is committed to maintaining close ties with law enforcement authorities and provide
      them with any possible assistance in tracking and prosecuting corruption
